Very fresh bagel and on my way to work, I saw their bagel vendor's truck stop by and delivers bagels every weekday morning at 5:00am. I try their breakfast sandwich, they are hot and use real eggs which most of sandwich store do not. Great customer service, clean store and brand new painting, cute decoration.

I have been coming to Finicky's for awhile and the sandwiches are always great. The bonus is they have another menu featuring Vietnamese selections. The banh mi pork is pretty good along with their bubble tea offerings. I have not tried their coffee, but honestly there are plenty of coffee shops in the neighborhood and not any bubble tea places. Plus the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming.

Had the breakfast bagel special of the day. It was really good! Felt like a home cooked meal and the staff were super friendly.
